New variant for EXTE Elite XT roller shutter box system

ROLLER SHUTTER BOX WITH THREE TYPES OF INSPECTION PLUS EXTERNAL BLINDS FOR LIFT-AND-SLIDE DOORS

Lift-and-slide doors with a ground-level threshold are taking up an ever larger space on the market. To this end, EXTE has further developed its EXTE Elite XT modular roller shutter box system. The system extension is now available for lift-and-slide doors of all standard window systems and for almost all installation situations. For lift-and-slide doors, the shutter box system is the only one on the market with three inspection openings. This makes attractive external door solutions with large widths and 100% airtight installations possible.

For architects and building owners, lift/slide doors have become an integral part of today. They are the first choice for creating extra wide elements with a ground-level threshold and maximum external coverage. With the EXTE Elite XT roller shutter box system, a modular roller shutter box solution is now available for window frame widths of 160 to 260 mm. Since the system has three types of inspection and any adjustment to existing wall thicknesses, almost all installation situations can be implemented.

Internal revision
The Elite XT with a box size of 240x255 mm offers a maximum inspection opening for internal inspection. Window frames with a total width of 160-200 mm are ideal here. Another advantage of this solution is that the 60x51 mm (WxH) roller shutter guide rails used are also suitable for the rest of the windows in the house.

Revision Below
With the Elite XT in the new 240x320 mm lift/slide door variant, shutter frames up to a width of 180 mm can now also be realized with downward revision. The current standard can thus be maintained for new buildings. In addition, it is also possible to use EXTE static consoles as an option here.

External audit
If the box is to be cleaned on the inside and outside to ensure maximum airtightness of 100%, the inspection is carried out from the outside. Assembly and disassembly are very easy because only a clippable inspection angle has to be removed and clipped back in again. Another advantage of the completely plastered box is the ability to now also use shutter frames up to 260 mm wide. The guide rails in this solution measure 60x86 mm (WxH).

With its integrated external blind, the EXTE Elite XT clearly follows the current trend of modern daylight control and offers a perfect addition to lift/slide doors. Here, external blinds can also be made in large widths without dividing. And that with BLEND frame widths of 160-260 mm. Guide rails measuring 60x86 mm (WxH) are being used again. The system is supplemented by custom-fit sown covers measuring 25x46 mm (WxH)
