Today, plastic profiles must cover a very wide variety of colors. EXTE therefore uses fully automatic wrapping systems and can therefore also supply small quantities of profiles in many desired colors.

EXTE meets all design requirements when fully decorated: All available colors are easily possible inside and outside, even in small quantities. In the case of partial decoration, however, the insides remain white. Foiling is only carried out on the outside and on the guide rails, matching the specified color of the frame. This makes completely new accents possible in interior and exterior design.

Our two-piece static consoles, combined with this reinforcement, provide additional protection by efficiently transmitting wind loads into the building structure.
The simple installation, supported by an innovative lock and integrated cover caps, saves time and simplifies the installation process. With Statik XT, you choose a system that balances safety, efficiency and aesthetics.
Versatile application options
With just one console, three different mounting options can be implemented, which makes the system suitable for various systems such as EXPERT XT, ELITE XT and NEO XT.
Reinforcing iron for large elements
EXTE uses a patented special reinforcing iron to reinforce the entire static structure of large window elements.
Static console XT for maximum protection
The two-piece static consoles work together with the reinforcing iron to provide additional static reinforcement. This design efficiently transfers the wind load into the lintel or ceiling.
Easy and time-saving installation
The new lock in the lower part of the console allows the box to be easily snapped into place, which makes subsequent assembly steps superfluous.

The Vento XT display roller shutter from EXTE represents the evolution of room air conditioning. With an innovative system of gas pressure hinges and specially developed aluminum guide rails, the Vento XT offers optimal room ventilation without sacrificing effective shading. The intuitive lock can be released with a single movement and the hinges automatically adjust the angle of inclination. This detail makes the Vento XT a perfect solution for modern living and working environments that appreciate sustainable and efficient ventilation methods.

Integrated insect protection
The integrated insect screen sits between the armour and the window. The absorption capacity of the roller shutter box is not dependent on insect protection. This applies to all types of opening. The gauze sits together with the spring mechanism in a sturdy aluminum case. This allows the insect repellent to be prepared independently of the box. The cartridge is simply snapped into the box between the inlets.
The window insect protection can be retrofitted at any time for boxes with internal, lower and outer parts up to an element height of 2,550 mm including the box. It's quick and easy. The tank's guide rails have already been prepared for this purpose. After removing a cover, only an aluminum profile is inserted there.

With airtightness class 4 in accordance with DIN EN 12207, we are setting new standards in the industry.

In a world where energy efficiency and sustainability are becoming increasingly important, EXTE roller shutter box systems set new standards in thermal insulation. Our systems are specifically designed to meet the strict requirements of the Building Energy Act and building rules lists, with a USB value of ≤ 0.85 [W/m2K] and an FRSI value of ≥ 0.70.
We understand that roller shutter boxes can represent potential thermal bridges and have therefore developed our products in such a way that they can be taken into account by architects in the planning phase to enable the reduced thermal bridge surcharge. This is ensured by compliance with the equivalence certificates with the installation examples from Supplement 2 to DIN 4108.
Our integrated headpiece insulation provides improved thermal insulation, which is increasingly in demand by architects, thus contributing to more efficient and sustainable construction.

Increase living comfort with the EXTE soundproof strip, a simple yet effective solution to increase the sound insulation of your roller shutter box systems. This specially designed strip offers an impressive sound insulation level of 43 dB by completely closing the outlet slot of the shutter box and thus preventing noise from entering.
Installation is child's play: The profile is simply placed on the shutter end rod from below and screwed into the strip, followed by a rubber core that is pressed into the strip. If necessary, the profile can be easily removed to replace the shutter armor. The soundproof strip is not only suitable for new installations, but can also be easily retrofitted, with its legs covering the drill holes of the previously installed stoppers.

Intuitively screwing in the bearing disc, followed by secure fixing with our red latch, eliminates the need for expensive metal bearing plates. This design not only minimizes installation complexity, but also reduces your inventory and lowers costs.

The engineering of EXTE roller shutter box systems sets new standards in terms of airtightness. With our optional sealing insert in the Expert XT headpiece, you can easily meet the strict French CSTB requirements.
Our systems already meet the high German standards for air and driving rain tightness without additional sealing. The optional headpiece cover completes the system with an elegant veneer that makes all side screws invisible.

EXTE's coupling and division system represents a new era of modularity in shutter box systems. Our double head pieces are designed in such a way that they can easily be plugged into the box. The innovative, rotatable inserts, which can be pushed through the double head piece, are real pioneering work — they make it possible to carry a 60-mm wave and thus significantly simplify removal when the box overhangs and the inflow is offset. This pioneering technology stands for the fusion of easy handling with fast and efficient work processes.

EXTE has developed a reliable solution for box overhang that guarantees maximum stability and precision. The use of fully closed divider bearings ensures that roller shutter bars are guided securely and that no lateral movement into the overhang area is possible. Whether for wall intake belt winders or side extensions on the window, our system ensures flawless function and aesthetics.

The XT platform marks the beginning of a new era in roller shutter box construction: By using many identical parts, such as guide rails, adapters, bearing discs, covers or insect protection, we are not only reducing inventory, but also simplifying ordering. This is based on the design principle of being able to use a component multiple times in different situations.
