sealing cover strips
7 mm thick sealing cover strip with plastic flag to cover and seal construction joints. Suitable for internal and external sealing Component tested in accordance with ift guideline MO-01/1. After gluing the strip, the special geometry creates a joint. The width and depth of this joint have an optimal ratio of t:b ~ 1:2. Filling with silicone (outside) or MS polymer (inside) creates an airtight seal on the room side and heavy rain-tight on the outside. In this case, the elastic sealing strip excludes 3-flank adhesion. There is no need to use a backfill line. The strip is equipped with a protective film to be removed after installation.
i-cover strips
15 mm thick i-cover strip for joint coverage and RAL-compliant sealing of the inner window connections. The system consists of impregnated, pre-compressed PU soft foam in PP film. Through perforation and zipper, the closure forms the tear-off zone for the excess film. By removing the excess film, the built-in, compressed sealing tape is activated and the remaining film is pressed against the connection with uniform pressure.
